  • All Low-Cost Carrier (LCC) tickets are strictly non-refundable and non-changeable
  • Refundable tickets may be subject to airline cancellation penalties
  • No-show tickets are strictly non-refundable
  • Fare differences and change fees will apply for any modifications

Visa Services

  • All visa fees are strictly non-refundable
  • Service charges related to visa processing are also non-refundable
  • Visa approval or rejection is solely at the discretion of the respective embassy
  • We are not responsible for any delay or rejection

Hotel Bookings

  • Hotel refunds depend on the hotel’s cancellation policy
  • Non-refundable hotel bookings are strictly non-refundable
  • Late cancellation or no-show may result in full charge (no refund)
  • Early check-out or unused nights are non-refundable

Tour Packages

  • Package cancellations are subject to specific package rules
