- All Low-Cost Carrier (LCC) tickets are strictly non-refundable and non-changeable
- Refundable tickets may be subject to airline cancellation penalties
- No-show tickets are strictly non-refundable
- Fare differences and change fees will apply for any modifications
Visa Services
- All visa fees are strictly non-refundable
- Service charges related to visa processing are also non-refundable
- Visa approval or rejection is solely at the discretion of the respective embassy
- We are not responsible for any delay or rejection
Hotel Bookings
- Hotel refunds depend on the hotel’s cancellation policy
- Non-refundable hotel bookings are strictly non-refundable
- Late cancellation or no-show may result in full charge (no refund)
- Early check-out or unused nights are non-refundable
Tour Packages
- Package cancellations are subject to specific package rules
- Advance payments for packages are non-refundable
